We pulled the tree out, Will put it up and the kids decorated it all by themselves. It was so cute to see them arranging them on the tree in order. Here’s Isaac watching out for the bus, waiting by Lily and James so they can all three put up the candy canes I’d bought earlier that day.

James’ acting debut!
November 15, 2008So, we get notice that there’s going to be a kindergarten Thanksgiving play one afternoon. We show up right on time and realize we should have camped out and that I should have brought a telephoto lens. Here’s Isaac anxiously awaiting James’ entrance.

Turkey Decorators

James brought home a Thanksgiving family assignment. The family was to get creative and decorate a turkey. The kiddos gathered around and did this together. I was very proud that no one got hurt.
Halloween, just another crazy day!
November 2, 2008I bought this spider web at Target last year for like fifty cents a bag. Lily and James helped me decorate after school right before the early trick or treaters started.

It was a very long and eventful night. Will stayed home and handed out the candy while the kids and I roamed the neighborhood.
James wishes we could have Halloween every Tuesday….Christmas every Wednesday, and Valentine’s day every Friday.
